  1. Name the note

    Start with note and a name. The words that follow become the note content. If the same note already exists, Transcripto adds the new entry to it.

    AI returns the original transcription and a translation in your selected language. Both versions stay with the note so you can review, edit and share them.

  3. Catch the next action

    If you mention a specific date and time, Transcripto extracts the event details and adds the event to your device calendar. Without a name, the note receives a timestamp.

What is an AI credit?

One AI credit pays for one AI action in Transcripto — transcribing a recording or translating a note. Five free credits refresh at the start of each month.

What happens when I start with “note”?

Say note followed by a name, such as “note shopping list — bread, milk, eggs”. Transcripto uses “shopping list” as the note title and saves the remaining words as its content. If that note already exists, the new recording is appended to it. Without a name, the app uses a timestamp.

How do I buy more credits?

Sign in above with the same account you use in the Android app, choose a Starter, Builder or Studio pack, and pay securely through OSB. Credits land on your account after payment verification.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Purchased credits are held separately from the free monthly allowance and stay available after the monthly refresh.

Where are my notes stored?

Your notes, transcripts and tags are stored locally on your device. Audio is transmitted securely only to perform transcription. See the privacy policy for details.
